What Is a Mobile Hat Bar?
A mobile hat bar is an on-site custom hat design experience we bring to your Nashville event. We arrive in our converted horse-trailer studio stocked with cowboy hats, bands, and custom embellishments. Guests choose a hat base, then customize it with our styling team.
The setup works indoors or outdoors at hotels, offices, and private venues. Each guest selects a style, adds bands and details, and chooses branding while our team guides the process. We accommodate intimate gatherings of ten guests as well as corporate activations of one hundred or more.
Our team manages every stage—setup, styling, breakdown—so you focus on your guests. Your guests leave with a handmade hat and a shared memory that outlasts typical event favors.

How many guests can you take?
How long does it take to create a custom cowboy hat?
Can we use our company logo?
Yes. Two letters or symbols are in the per-hat rate. A full custom logo iron needs 30 days.
Do you come to our hotel or office?
Yes. We come to hotels, offices, and venues in Nashville and the surrounding area. Gaylord Opryland is a venue type we have already set up at.
Is this indoors or outdoors?
Indoors is the usual setup. Outdoor is possible. Ask when you inquire.

What does it cost?
Custom hats start at $120 per hat, plus staffing and venue fees. Your quote depends on guest count and venue location. Email giddyup@customcowgirl.com for a detailed estimate based on your event.
What Nashville neighborhoods do you serve?
We bring our mobile hat bar throughout Nashville and the surrounding area, including East Nashville and Downtown. Our horse-trailer studio sets up at hotels and event venues across the region. If your venue is in the greater Nashville area, we can roll in and set up for your group.
Group Size
We accommodate groups of 10 to 100 guests. For larger groups, we add stations and extra stylists to keep the experience moving. If your group is under 10, reach out and we’ll work with you to find the right setup.
