Our hats are crafted in Texas and Mexico by skilled makers. None are mass-produced — each is finished by hand to ensure quality and individuality.
Can I choose my exact size?
Yes. Proper sizing is part of the process. We’ll guide you to pick the right fit so your hat feels secure, comfortable, and polished.
What if I want to gift a custom hat?
Every hat is custom created and one-of-a-kind…just like you are. Everything is made for you, by you. Together – in person or on Zoom – we curate the perfect hat for you. You have final say where every detail is placed, angled, and burned.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since each piece is made with you, we do not offer returns. We purchase quality products and handcraft each item with love.
Can I order for a group or event?
Yes. Our mobile studio can host corporate events, weddings, and parties. We also offer DIY kits that ship nationwide for remote teams or celebrations, or deliver them to your Airbnb or guest suite before your clients and guests arrive.
